No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €198. For orders below this amount, a standard courier delivery fee of €35 will apply.

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Soft Authority will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or assist you before it leaves our warehouse.

If you reside outside the EU and UK, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please note, Soft Authority reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
